As a part of Product People, I have undertaken the full range of responsibilities that a Product Manager could handle for my clients. These include Product Discovery, Validation, Shaping, as well as final development and launch.

Internally, my two main responsibilities were:

• As a Product Manager for the company's website, I built it from scratch using no-code (Webflow), planned its roadmap to increase the number of users reaching out to us, and upskilled no-code developers.
• I mentored and managed one associate, to upskill him from Associate Product Manager to Product Manager. </aside>
